Shipment, the winner of the 2018 McClenon Clark Playwriting Prize, is a one-act play about a shipment shift like no other at a department store. When ex step-siblings make an unexpected reunion at work, they tiptoe around each other until there is no choice but to address the horrific event that separated them. Dealing with LGBTQ+ themes, the drama asks the question, what can you possibly say to the person who has hurt you the most?

The premiere staged reading of Shipment occurred at Grinnell College in May, 2018.
